Halogen Fire

February 21st, 2005


Not much to say about this set really, apart from the fact that this is a halogen heater / fire. It produced some really great colours and reflections and obviously some warmth.
I tried to use a very shallow dof to create some interest and a decent perspective feel…
I’m not sure whether I like them, or in fact if they actually work. Anyway, here they are… let me know what you think.

    Thanks John, I’m sure you can capture textural photos. I think the key is to really look, rather than simply see objects. Get up close, move your head around the object and wait for something to jump out at you.
    That’s what I do, sometimes it works although most of the time it doesn’t. :-)
