Bookabach

I was engaged to work with Bookabach, NZ’s leading holiday home rental site, working directly with their Founder and CEO.

My work was to completely overhaul their user journey flows, and to redesign both their marketing site and their critically important booking webapp. Following the design stage I progressed onto the build and implementation of a new front-end framework, on top of a fragile legacy platform.

The brief was to make the site and webapp both clean and simple, whilst also following industry trends and not alienating their current user base.

The project was a huge success, seeing a large increase in bookings and user engagement. I continue to work with their founder to refine user experience, user flows, and implement new UI designs.
